, Although I’ve only known Terry for a few months I feel he is a man of great integrity. The shop has had a complete facelift.He has very state of the industry equipment, spotless surroundings and excellent certified technicians. I am sure going to this facility is going to be a pleasant experience for any customer.I feel all of my old customers will be happy,and I’m certain any new customer that comes in will continue to bring their automotive problems to All Auto Services for years to come. My wife and I have always sent our vehicles to All Auto Services sister company West Side Services in Zeeland and they are the best. If I have a mechanical issue in the Grand Rapids area I will for sure be calling @AllAutoServices

Great service, very friendly, would definitely go back

Replaced my head gasket here and 4 years later still holding strong not to mention they had one of the best prices. Also had my brakes done here. they told me the price before they did the work. When I came in to pick my car up. they had the final price a bit more expensive but when asked they changed to the original price because the owner truly is a man of his own word.

I am a single woman so trying to figure out which garage to trust is a big deal for me...I can not say enough good things about All Auto Care. They have worked on my truck several times and have been more than fair, curtious and gotten me back on the road in a timely manner. This is my forever garage!

I moved to grand rapids a few years ago, and have been taking my vehicles to them that entire time. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the shop, always a good sign! Then the manager was more than fair with his pricing, and gavr several options. (He did this without knowing i knew my fair share about auto repair). Timliness was great and the problems were always fixed as described to me.

I would highly recommend All Auto Care. Jeff and crew were extremely knowledgeable and helpful when I arrived this morning having brake trouble during a drive in from the other side of the state. They helped and didn't try to sell me on additional services. If i lives in GR I would certainly comeback and tell my friends.

Why 5 stars ? Because they have EARNED it. I have been with them at least 5 years and 4 cars. Even though I have been with them a long time I still check around and they are usually still the most reasonably priced. After awhile they know your vehicle and you. They have serviced our Mercedes, Infiniti and Buicks. They have even told me a time or two that I don't need to do a more expensive service. They have even told me also a time or two that I can hold off on doing a service too. These mechanics are top notch and Jeff runs a great shop. The price they quote is usually what they charge. No surprises. No gimmicks. We have never been disappointed and feel that they truly don't try to dig out every dime out of their customers. I wish all auto shops were modeled after All Auto.
