Have gone to All Auto Services twice now, and I will continue to put my trust into this awesome shop. My 2018 Subaru Outback is my baby and I have only brought him to All Auto for minor services, but each time they have been very nice over the phone and professional in person. Even offered me a loaner or an Uber when I had to schedule right before work and classes for GVSU. Great team, and thank you Alex for being so nice on the phone!

All Auto provided excellent service on my car. They responded promptly, their online system clearly outlined what they found and recommended, and they answered my follow-up questions over the phone. The final bill was less than the estimate, and they wrapped up the work quickly!

I was very pleased with the service team at All Auto Services. I am new in town and didn't have a go-to garage so I tried All Auto based on their location. They were able to diagnose my issue and repair it in the same day and will now be my garage for all things auto! Thanks guys!

Usually great quality work and a professional staff but I think they do take on too many appointments when there is not enough open spaces so there is a delay in getting your car in the building for service I have 6 cars and I live down the street so it is very convenient they have done great work on all 6 but All Auto needs to be more precise on scheduling to quickly get your vehicle in and out because this place is very busy.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. The forgot to tighten my lug nuts down on 3 out of 4 wheels after a simple tire rotation. My car started shaking and my tires almost fell off my car while doing 80 on the highway. Also went in for transmission problems a few months back for my jeep they talked me into thinking it was $800 of work not involved with transmission. They did the work and the car drove exactly the same and they told me to wait for a light to come on my dash. Of course they kept the $800. They even messed up a simple tire patch. If I could give 0 stars I would.
