So far the work quality has been fine. They took the time (although unnecessarily) to evaluate my 30 year old truck and tell me every little thing wrong with it. I brought it in because of a burnt out clutch, which I told them. The problem came in with communication. I was told that when dropping off my car it would be about 2 hours and I would get an estimate for work. End of day (6 hours later) I finally called them, and they were still estimating. They called me an hour later with the estimate and said if everything came in they expected it to be done tomorrow end of day. Again, tomorrow end of day comes and I haven't heard anything, forcing me to call. I call and they say oh yeah, were expecting it done tomorrow midday. Again, midday rolls around and no phone call. I am forced yet again to call them and find out what's happening. They tell me they are finishing up and it should just be an hour or two. It was finally done and seems fine. There is a huge disconnect between the person who answers the phone and the mechanic. In at least two instances I was taking to someone who was at the same time talking with the mechanic so he could relay the information to me. Seems like putting the mechanic on the phone would just be easier. It has only been a couple days but the truck seems fine. The clutch is fairly light but doesn't seem to be hurting in any way. Because of the lack of communication I had to miss work an extra day and a half, and as such would likely not use this place again. Im editing this because they replied claiming to have reached out to discuss this. I've checked my email and missed calls. Nothing. More bad communication in an attempt to change my review.

I called about 3 shops for service for one of my cars and in two weeks at least for them to take care of my Fiat 500, and then I call All Auto Service and they fixed it in one day right away! and on top of that, I left them my other car Buick and they fixed in one day! They are honest, knowledgeable, nice, friendly, and they test drive your car to make sure everything is working good! Both of my cars are driving like a champ!

Just had new tires put on my Ford Flex. While bigger tires like that are a little harder to find, they were able to get them in and put them on with the appointment I had scheduled earlier. Once again, another great job by their team.
