Bryce and Alex were great to work with; seamless flow with the local dealer, which was especially helpful since I was out of state. Knowledgeable about the intended car purchase with expectations set for the future. The tech (text messaging, photo display, payment, etc.) did not get in the way and was a great testament to how technology makes things easier. Great set up. Anyone in Grand Rapids I highly recommend these guys.

This isn't my first time working with this team. It most certainly won't be the last! I'm so very impressed by the honesty and integrity... from the front counter to the guys in the shop. I had what I consider to be pretty extensive work done on the steering and suspension of my Forester and they not only did great work, but also made a sincere effort to advise me well and keep costs down as much as possible. They kept me well informed at every stage of the game! When I later suggested I had another issue, they checked, explained the problem and actually suggested I NOT throw money at a issue that wasn't an issue!!! They easily could have done otherwise but took the honest path. I sincerely can't say enough how much I appeciate their work and even more their work ethic! Highly recommended! Thank you, guys!
